Cookie and similar technologies policy
Operator: Bc. Jan Lorenz. Contact: info@protulox.com.
1. What cookies are and why we use them
Cookies are small text files stored by the browser. Protulox also uses similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) for application functionality. This policy explains the categories of storage and their purpose.
2. Necessary cookies and storage
These files and storage are essential for the service to function: session identification after login, access security and core application features. Without them, login and use of the service would not be possible. Necessary cookies do not require consent under applicable law (e.g. ePrivacy).
3. Preferences and functional storage
We use localStorage in the browser for draft data (project autosave) and user preferences (e.g. language). This data remains on the user's device and improves usability.
4. Analytics cookies
The operator does not currently use third-party analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible). If such tools are deployed in the future, they will be described here and may require consent under applicable law.
5. Third-party cookies and technologies – Paddle
For payments and subscription management we use Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Paddle). Paddle may use its own cookies and similar technologies on its pages or in integrated elements. Paddle's policy applies to data processed by Paddle: Paddle Privacy. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies on Protulox pages.
6. Consent and management
Technically necessary cookies and storage do not require consent. Optional or analytics data (if deployed) can be cleared in the browser; cookie settings can be adjusted in the browser (usually under Privacy or Settings).
